• Full payment card numbers (processed directly by Paystack/Stripe)

We use your data only for legitimate purposes related to providing and improving myBeautyGallery:

• To provide the service: Creating and managing your account, processing bookings, displaying your vendor profile
• To communicate with you: Sending booking confirmations, activation emails, important platform updates
• To process payments: Routing transactions through Paystack or Stripe, issuing receipts
• To improve the platform: Analysing usage patterns to fix bugs and add features
• To prevent fraud: Detecting unusual activity and protecting users

• Server logs containing your IP address are deleted after 90 days

If you simply stop using the platform without deleting your account, your data is retained indefinitely. We recommend deleting your account if you no longer wish to use myBeautyGallery.
